I AUTHORIZE Wilson Bank & Trust to post the payment transactions generated from the Bill Paying Service to the account indicated on the Application. I understand that I am in full control of my account, and that my 100% satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed. If at any time I decide to discontinue service I will provide written notification to Wilson Bank & Trust. My use of the Bank@Home Bill Payment Services signifies that I have read and accepted all the terms and conditions of the Bank@Home Bill Payment Services.

I UNDERSTAND that payments may take up to 10 days to reach the vendor and that they will be sent either electronically or by check. Wilson Bank & Trust is not liable for any service fees or late charges levied against me. I also understand that I am responsible for any loss or penalty that I may incur due to a lack of sufficient funds, (NSF fee $28.00), or other conditions that may prevent the withdrawal of funds from my account.

I choose to pay my bills through the Internet. I understand that I’ll pay $7.50 per month for the first fifteen transactions and .45¢ for each transaction thereafter.
